Because we value your choice for ADCB Egypt, we bring to you ADCB TouchPoints loyalty program that is designed to reward ADCB customers for their loyalty across our selected cards and digital channels. As an ADCB Egypt customer, you can not only earn your loyalty points from your credit card spending, but you will also be rewarded on your transactions using your selected ADCB Debit Card, Online banking, Mobile and Wallet applications.
The more you transact, the higher the value of your points will be!

You will be able to redeem your accumulated points fully or partially at our network of partners carefully picked to meet your needs.

3 Simple redemption steps

Visit the desired partner, select your product and ask to pay with ADCB points

The cashier will ask you to call a certain code from your mobile
3
Inform the cashier with the amount you want to redeem to complete your purchase

Enrollment

If you are a customer from the selected cards and digital channels & for your convenience, you will be automatically enrolled on ADCB TouchPoints program.

Checking your balance of loyalty points

Points accumulation

Points are added at the beginning of each month based on the following rewarding matrix:

  • Redemption of multiple tiers is available according to your points balance, (i.e.: in case your balance is 30,000 points, you can redeem 20,000 equivalent to EGP 110 plus 10,000 equivalent to EGP 50, total EGP 160)
  • Minimum redemption tier is 10,000 points
 

Terms and conditions

  • All ADCB eligible customers are automatically enrolled in ADCB Points Program
  • Points expiration is two years from earning date and are non-refundable
  • Redemption of multiple tiers is available according to your points balance considering that minimum redemption tier is 10,000 points
  • Customer can perform multiple redemptions at the same merchant
  • ATM cash withdrawals or deposits are not eligible
  • Accumulated points cannot be transferred to another customer
  • ADCB customers will get rewarded on their transactions through:
    1. ADCB Debit Platinum card & all Credit cards excluding Classic Debit and Meeza cards
    2. Local cards and international purchasing transactions in store & at online merchants
    3. Internet Banking, ADCB-E Mobile and wallet transactions
    4. Wa2ty wallet transactions
  • The mobile number used for redemption is the local mobile number registered in the bank’s system and it is important to register your mobile number and keep it updated 
  • Customers having two mobile numbers will get rewarded on only one mobile number which is the main number registered on the Core Banking system
  • Customers activating the wallet on different mobile number than the one registered on their account number, will not be rewarded on the wallet activities
  • ADCB shall not be held liable if the primary cardholder’s mobile phone is lost or stolen, resulting in the use of points
  • Only primary card holder and/or main account owner is allowed to redeem points
  • Supplementary cards are eligible to earn points as per the card type and it will be collected with the primary card points. The redemption request must be initiated by the primary card member or account owner
  • In case the value of the selected product is less than the value of the selected redemption tier, the difference is nonrefundable until balance of points reach the first tier of redemption: 
i.e.:
  1. Product price is EGP 40
  2. The selected redemption tier is 10,000 points for EGP 50
  3. The difference of EGP 10 is nonrefundable
  • In case of return & refund, you need to contact our call center to get the points back to your balance after returning the product to the merchant
  • ADCB is not responsible for the quality of goods and /or services purchased from the merchant or paid by the customer
  • Delays happened due to technical reasons at merchants is beyond the bank’s control
  • Points will be automatically cancelled upon relation closure
  • Customer may be disqualified from participation in the program in case of the following:
    1. Card, account or banking product has been blocked, suspended, terminated or closed
    2.  If the account or card is subject to legal procedures, or the customer accounts have any due amounts, or in case of the customer’s death
    3. If the customer violates the terms and conditions of contracts and undertakings concluded with the bank
  • ADCB reserves the right to change terms and conditions, change the agreements with the merchants, points value or terminate the program as a whole or in a part at any time
