ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Customer should be a salaried employee (with minimum 3 months in service) or business owner (with minimum 2 years of business)
Required Documents:
- For Employees: A copy of national ID, HR letter and bank authenticated statement for last 3 months
- For professionals: Certificate of professional practice, Valid syndicate ID, medical institution license and company or personal authenticated bank statement for last 6 months
- Self-employed should provide a recent commercial register and valid tax card and company or personal authenticated bank statement for last 6 months
- Customer age must not be less than 21 years old for Salaried Customers and 30 years old for business owners Customers (upon apply)
- Customer Age should not be exceeding 60 years old for Salaried Customers and 65 years old for business owners at loan maturity.
- Units should be located at compounds
- Unit must be existing and ready according to the unit evaluation report

Maximum loan period is 180 months (15 years) depending on the program.
