Minimum amount for purchase transaction is 500EGP on primary and supplementary cards
Instalment is posted as part of the total due amount (Instalment + Minimum amount Due for other transactions)
For transaction installment contact us on 16862 within 57 days of transaction date.
Transaction amount must be less than or equal to the outstanding balance.
Customer must have no past dues on credit card at time of installing transaction
In case the client missed two consecutive instalments, the plan will be cancelled automatically
Customer must pay his EPP instalment in addition to the minimum payment (5% or 100%) of card outstanding balance.
EPP is available for active cards only (not restricted/lost/Blocked or cancelled)
In case of cancellation/early settlement, cardholder will be charged 5% as cancellation/early settlement fee, Calculated in the outstanding balance of the plan.
