  • You can visit your nearest branch or open an account through the Online and Mobile Banking App

For NEw customers

  • You can visit your nearest branch or open an account through the Mobile Banking App
  • Copy of ID for Egyptians or a valid passport for expatriates
  • Proof of income or source of funds
  • Recent original utility Bill (Electricity or Gas)

Your account will credit interest on a daily basis on end of day balance if the account balance is EGP10,000 or more.
