How to apply

  • Call 16862

Terms and conditions

  • Customer must call 16862 and request the balance transfer and the required installment plan
  • Balance Transfer amount to be credited to customer credit card in any other bank
  • Minimum amount per request is EGP 500
  • Transferred balance amount doesn’t exceed 70% of total credit limit
  • In case of cancellation/early settlement, cardholder will be charged 5% as cancellation/early settlement fee, which is calculated on the remaining amount in the plan
