- Now you can accelerate dispatching your original export documents directly to the buyer’s bank from your place by sending copies to ADCB-E via e-mail and we will review the documents and follow up on the collection of export proceeds.

Customers instructions should include:
1. Importer's bank details (name, address and Swift Code)
2. Payment Terms
3. Copy of direct collection undertaking
- The customer must sign consent form to deal by fax or e-mail.
- The customer must provide a copy of all shipping documents.
- The commercial register has to mention export activities of the company.
- Original signed undertaking should be completed and sent to the bank within 5 business days.
- The customer must provide a copy of the courier receipt.
