Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank appoints Dr. Ahmed Adel Mansour

After the great development ADCB has achieved in the field of digital services since the launch of the new brand in Egypt at the end of 2020, and with preparation for a new phase that coincides with the launch of the five-year strategy until 2028, which aims to create a qualitative shift in digital development and banking services with the aim of achieving its vision of being the best bank for its customers, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Egypt announced the inclusion of Dr. Ahmed Adel Mansour to the senior management team in the position of Head of Digital Transformation and Banking Services Development.

 

Dr. Mansour’s appointment comes due to his extensive banking experience spanning more than 23 years, and his strong background in the field of technology, transformation strategies, driving innovation and business growth. He has already achieved remarkable success in the many positions he held, the most recent of which was the position of General Secretary and Assistant Chairman of the Board of Directors for Strategy at the Egyptian Post Authority. Before that, he held several strategic positions in high-level bodies. Dr. Mansour has vast experience in financial management, technology infrastructure supervision, and digital program implementation. He holds a doctorate in financial technology and block chain.

 

Dr. Mansour will supervise the sectors of digital transformation, banking operations, technology and information systems in a new step to continue the significant growth that the bank was able to achieve in a short period thanks to the efforts of the existing work team of experts and the introduction of a new integrated vision for developing and digitizing banking operations and services to achieve customer satisfaction, enhance their banking experience and provide all what is innovative to cater to their needs and get ahead their expectations.

 

ADCB had opened its first electronic branch in Egypt months ago and it was designed according to the latest technological systems. The bank also launched the account opening service through the mobile phone application to achieve greater spread , increase the bank’s market share and also to enhance financial inclusion. The bank won several international awards in recognition of its outstanding performance.
