Reviewing our employee experience

To assess how the Bank is performing on culture and employee experience, we carried out an Organisational Health Index (OHI) survey.

The Organisational Health Index survey assesses employee experience across ADCB-E, including our leadership and management capabilities and a wide range of other organisational areas. The OHI exercise complements our annual employee survey.

In 2022, employees who engaged in the OHI  94%, measuring coordination and control, innovation and learning and in the top quartile for direction, leadership, capabilities, accountability and the workplace environment.
