It is worth mentioning that the 24thround of Cairo ICT Exhibition & Conference happened to be Egypt’s first cashless event ever, where the cashless services in the event were offered by Cashcall, a specialized e-payment service provider. It is a joint venture established by Victorylink, MDIC, and Scash Investments. Cashless service provides cash deposit outlets in the exhibition area so that visitors and exhibitors can charge their electronic wallets to easily purchase food and beverage, through using QR Code or entering their mobile phone number without the need to pay in cash.
