Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Egypt announced the opening of the first electronic branch, through which the bank presents an innovative model for its branches in terms of design and specifications with the latest technological systems. The opening of this new branch achieves two strategic goals as per the bank’s plan: firstly, geographical expansion as the bank’s branch network reaches 50 branches spread across Egypt’s governorates, and secondly, spreading the advanced electronic services to enhance the customer’s banking experience in a qualitative shift with technological services and alternative channels that keep pace with globally applied standards to attract new segments of customers.
The branch was inaugurated by Ihab El Sewerky Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank , Adel Hashem Chief Retail Banking Officer , Hanan Ouf Head of branches network , Morad Kassem Head of Digital services & Alternative Distribution Channels & several bank’s management.

Today, the opening of this branch comes as a new step to enhance customer experience and support their needs and ambitions by providing whatsoever is innovative. The bank is currently working to gradually disseminate this model in various branches to continue supporting the transition to electronic services, relying on alternative channels, and enhancing financial inclusion.”
The bank was keen to choose a distinguished location for the electronic branch in the heart of the Fifth settlement – New Cairo in “5A” commercial center to achieve the spread of the new model that provides an unconventional experience. The branch is distinguished by a modern design to achieve comfort, speed and ease for customers, in addition to being equipped for the people of determination.
To support electronic transactions, the branch provides an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), which allows customers to make deposits and withdrawals with cash limits similar to the branch teller counter, as well as printing stamped bank statements, bank checks disbursement, depositing checks for clearing, as well as applying for various banking services. The branch also provides the latest technologies to know about the bank’s services through interactive screens and informative videos. The customer can also compare different services and products to choose from in addition to applying for it quickly and easily with the help of the staff available at the branch, who guides him on how to download the bank’s application, account opening , or using electronic services remotely.
The branch operates from 11 am. until 7 pm. to serve the largest number of customers, and during the weekend from 2 pm. till 7 pm.
