Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services
It is an interactive video-based that enables customers to conduct banking transactions services through direct real-time visual communication with a bank representative via the ITM, to provide the following services:
Cash Services
- Cash withdrawal up to EGP 250K ( Subject to CBE Limits.)
- Unlimited Cash Deposits. ( Subject to availability of ITM cassettes)
Cheque Transactions
- Cheque deposit services are limited only to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank – Egypt customers.
Cheque Deposits
- Acceptance is limited to internal cheques related to individual accounts.
Credit Card Services
- Deposits for active ADCB credit cards only.
Interactive screens
- Inquiries about the products & services offered by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank – Egypt.
- Viewing promotional & informational videos, including a demonstration of mobile banking services.
