Job Description:
- Achieve the annual set targets regards to assets, liabilities, commission & NTB in order to growth SME’s Portfolio.
- Handle and resolve customers inquires, compliant and problem in timely manner to maintain or increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationship with SME’s customers.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- From 5 to 6 years of Experience in CIBG preferably in SME’s
- SME’s Certificate is a must
