Job Description:
- Supervise Customer Relationship team to track and ensure target achievements and maximize bank’s profitability.
- Follow up with the existing and potential customers to generate new business in view of the bank policies & procedures.
- Handle customer problems, ensure resolution meet, and exceed set service standards for the CS area.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- Min. 4 years’ experience within Retail Banking and Customer service
