Job Description:
- Establish business connections with current bank excellence customers, attracts potential clients and provide them with comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service level.
- Market a full range of Excellency products and services in diversified manner to existing and new clients.
- Quick response to customer’s needs and handle Customer complaints.
- Maintain Communication with Clients to assess their needs and risk profile, advise on appropriate investment
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- From 5 to 6 years of Experience in Retail banking preferably in Wealth Segments and or /Branches.
