High-end Compound Salaried Cash Loan

Customer should be a salaried employee (with minimum 6 months in service)
Customer should own a unit at a selected list of high-end compounds ( with minimum 1 year ownership at the contract in case the unit price is getting paid in instalments) and ownership could be sole or joint between husband and wife.
Minimum 30% from the unit price should be paid.
Customer age must not be less than 30 years old
Customer age should not be exceeding 60 years at loan maternity
The unit must be in specific residential complexes (compounds).
